My Story
As a teenager, I was constantly burning candles in my room. When my husband and I moved into our own house, I had candles in every room and would light them all the time. One day I noticed black marks on the ceiling above one of my candles. That got me thinking about what was really going into the air in my Thankfully, a friend of mine introduced me to Scentsy and I immediately bought a few warmers for my house. It was so much easier than a regular candle. No searching for matches or a lighter, no need to worry about the black soot on the ceiling, not worrying about my dog running around and knocking it over, and no panicking about if I remembered to blow the candle out before I left the house. I loved the ease of getting a great scent in my house while having the freedom to be able to change it at will. As more of my friends came over to the house and started asking me about my Scentsy warmers, I decided to host my own party. But why stop there? I’m a special education teacher so I have a good amount of downtime during school vacations and the summer and thought that joining Scentsy as a consultant would be a great way to meet new people and give me something to do while I’m not teaching.
